Tourism NSW

While working with Tourism NSW (TNSW), myself and the online services team worked on the TNSW International websites.
Starting with the concept to introduce lite sites in language. (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, Italian and German plus sites for the mature markets such as America, New Zealand and Malaysia etc).
From arranging content to be translated by our preferred translation company, to building the new sites (modifying templates, navigation layouts, sourcing appropriate imagery) we had the sites completed 3 weeks early and under budget, leaving plenty of time for testing.
Working with an in-house CMS built on the .net platform, I worked alongside the head developer to implement IP recognition, add features to the database and CMS to allow multiple languages.
In total I built 18 International sites, each having their own campaigns and promotions.
